Cottonwood's Super Storage commenced business in 1994. It serves the storage needs of families, business and other community organizations from Clarkdale/Jerome, to Camp Verde, Sedona and the surrounding areas.

We believe that all self storage facilities are not created equal. We have strived to make our facility the best in the region and that is what the “Super” in our name is all about!  

We believe that the security of ones valuables is what you expect of us. Based on that tradition, we have adopted a motto that “Security is Job One”. We exercise our security practices daily.

For example our storage facility is fully enclosed and is staffed by a full time live on site manager. Our gate is open during office hours and our customers can access their storage units via a unique password code that opens the gate after office hours. We limit access hours to eliminate night/early morning access as a further protection to our customer’s stored items. Our facility is brightly illuminated at night.

Our security effort also includes requiring potential customers to provide government issued picture identification to positively establish their identity and information. We require that our customers use "round locks" to secure their storage unit (round locks are difficult to cut or destroy).

Some storage facilities offer discounts to entice customers to store with them. We do not offer discounts as we have found that they may attract tenants who might compromise the quality of our facility. 

Do our policies work? You bet they do!  Forty nine percent of our units are rented by women. Forty seven percent of our units have been occupied for more than two years. Many of our customers rent from us on a reoccurring basis.

Our company provides Super Service, we maintain our facility in a Super Clean Condition, we are located in a Super Convenient Location and the end results is Super Value for our customers. Our effort has earned us the respect of our current and former customers who often refer their friends to us for storage solutions.

So now you know why we say that all storage facilities are not equal!
